From Five-Star Hospitality to Creations.
Born in Kenya and educated in Switzerland and Germany, Salima developed an international understanding of culture, hospitality, and personal service early in life.
She later spent more than 13 years as a concierge at San Diego’s Westgate Hotel and became one of the first women elected to Les Clefs d’Or, the international association of hotel concierges. There, she learned that exceptional service depends on judgment, discretion, resourcefulness, and knowing exactly whom to call.
More than 30 years ago, Salima founded Creations to extend that standard beyond the hotel and across the client’s complete journey. The company grew through results, referrals, and relationships, serving five-star hotels, luxury properties, celebrities, corporate clients, and private travelers.
The lessons of five-star hospitality continue to shape Creations today. Personal context matters, relationships deserve care, and responsibility does not end when an itinerary is confirmed. The company’s history is carried forward through the way each conversation, decision, and journey is handled.

Salima remains the standard behind Creations. She guides the company, protects relationships built over a professional lifetime, and becomes personally involved when her experience, judgment, or access can materially change the result.
Her role is not to be the only face of Creations. It is to ensure that every person serving a Prism Member works with the discretion, resourcefulness, and accountability on which the company was built.
Salima’s leadership gives the team a clear measure for its work: serve with care, protect trust, and remain answerable for the result.

Creations brings together travel advisors, concierge professionals, destination specialists, and experienced operators who work as one coordinated team. Each person contributes distinct knowledge and relationships, while every Prism Member receives one consistent standard of service.
That shared standard allows Creations to remain personal as the company grows. Knowledge moves with the relationship, communication stays connected, and the right person can contribute without asking a member to begin again. The aim is continuity: thoughtful service from people who understand the context and take responsibility for their part in the experience.
