Sources and purposes
A traveler or authorized representative may provide the information so Creations can understand and coordinate requested travel, dining, accommodation, safety, or accessibility support.
Collection limits
Public forms must not be used for medical documents or detailed health records. Collection is limited to information reasonably necessary for the requested purpose.
Disclosure
With appropriate authority, limited information may be disclosed to Creations personnel, service providers, or travel suppliers that need it to fulfill the requested purpose.
Sale
Creations does not sell consumer health data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent through Privacy Choices. Withdrawal may limit coordination of a requested service.
Security and retention
Health-related preferences are subject to restricted access and are not stored in browser storage. They are removed or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
